Owner
Lee, the director of Thrift End Farm Kennels & Cattery, opened the facility in 2010. Throughout her life, she has worked with a wide range of animals, gaining valuable experience and knowledge. In her spare time, Lee enjoys going out for meals with friends, cherishing those moments of connection. You can trust her dedication to provide the best care for your pets!
Sophie Ward
Kennel Supervisor & Head Groomer
Meet Sophie! A proud graduate of Shuttleworth College, she has a keen understanding of various animals. In January 2024, Sophie turned her passion for animal care into reality by opening her own dog grooming salon after undergoing dog grooming training and getting her dog grooming certificate. When she's not busy pampering pups, you can find her enjoying long walks with her dog, George, gardening, visiting country shows, or exploring her fascination with crystals.

Meet Joanna, a valuable member of our team with a strong foundation in animal care. She completed her L2 and L3 in Animal Management at Shuttleworth College, equipping her with essential knowledge and skills. In her free time, Joanna confidently trains her dog Callie, mastering impressive tricks and even introducing her to a bit of Italian. At home, she manages a household with two dogs, a tortoise, and various other pets, showcasing her expertise and commitment to animal care.
Eve Price
Kennel Assistant
Meet Eve, who joined our team in October 2025. She holds a Level 2 Animal Management and brings a wealth of knowledge to our organization and attention to detail. In her spare time, Eve enjoys capturing the beauty of nature through photography, walking her dogs, and her passion for gardening, particularly with house plants We're thrilled to have her on board!
